Precautions:
  • Persons with acute febrile illnesses should not be vaccinated until their temporary symptoms have subsided. Packaging components contain latex so special care has to be taken if the patient is sensitive to it. Drug should not be given through IV route. Chances of febrile convulsions are more under the age group 3years so the injection should be given with special care.
